The Bright White Paper Co. is the world leader when it comes to poster printer paper.  Many of the colors we have developed are exclusive to our company.  Even Varitronics® and their dealers do not have access.  And when it comes to the thermal paper rolls such as black image on white, blue image on white and the pastel line, our prices are generally 33% below their comparable paper roll prices.  

We have worked for years developing our patent pending process which allows us to produce colors never before available.  And new colors are being introduced all the time.  Six new poster printer paper colors were added during the year 2004 and we expect to continue this level of growth during 2005.

Our new colors are in such demand that we are being sought out  from around the world.  We now supply paper to customers regularly in England, Japan, Germany, and France to name just a few countries.  Our current customer list of thousands include elementary, middle and high schools throughout the U.S.  including LA Unified, San Francisco Unified, NY City Schools, Chicago and Miami.   We also supply some of the country's largest universities along with government, military, and some of the most recognized names in business.  And virtually everyday, our list continues to grow.

We pride ourselves on excellent customer service responding to our customer needs.  Regardless of the color, our paper rolls are typically in stock 99% of the time.  Same day shipping, free shipping on six or more 23" rolls and a substantial price discount for a quantity of any 10 or more rolls have been part of our business service since our inception in 1997.  And we never require minimum orders.  We feel we're lucky to get your business and we're not afraid to ask for more of it.

When it comes to the actual poster printer machine, we have those too.  We have been approached by many customers throughout the years that either can't afford a new printer or just don't want to.  We have been buying and selling used or reconditioned  machines for a number of years.  Most of our machines come with full warranties.  Some of our better known poster printer owners include: Coors Brewery, Ohio State University, University of Hawaii, Army Reserve, Internal Revenue Service, CNA Insurance, Lowes Home Improvement Warehouses, Colorado State University, San Francisco Unified Schools, Sacramento Unified Schools, Miami Dade Community College, EPA and many more.  We save our customers $1000 to more than $2000 on new equipment.
